Cancellation and Missed Appointment:
There is a 24 hour cancellation and reschedule policy. After 24 hours, you will be charged the full fee of your scheduled appointment. It is to Right Mentality’s discretion to forfeit incurred charges.
The full fee is also non-refundable for missed appointments. After 15 minutes of being tardy, you are still responsible for the full fee and the session will not proceed and you may be asked to reschedule.
Your insurance does not cover late cancellation and missed appointment fees. You will be solely responsible for these fees.

Insurance and Payment:
Right Mentality is still working to secure payments through other insurance providers. All payments are accepted through Client Portal or IVY Pay.

- Superior HealthPlan
Beware when filing claims via insurance, the service must be rendered a medical necessity. It also limits confidentiality between you and the therapist due to sharing of information for service reimbursement. Your therapist will explain more about your payment options at the time of service.
In addition, Right Mentality can provide all clients with insurance a Superbill to obtain service reimbursement from their insurance companies. It is suggested that you call your insurance provider to find out what Out-Of-Network fees they offer.
Receipts will either be given electronically or paper, if paid with cash. This is done for tax purposes.
Sliding scales are to the company’s discretion and may be granted to clients with financial restrictions.
Client Consents and Forms
It is required that all forms be completed prior to intake session to ensure services are rendered in a timely manner. Clients will be asked to reschedule if intake forms are not signed prior to session.
