Cancellation and Rescheduling:

There is a 24 hour cancellation and reschedule policy. After 24 hours, you will be charged the full fee of your scheduled appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

The full fee is also non-refundable for missed appointments. After 15 minutes of being tardy, you are still responsible for the full fee and the session will still proceed and end at the session’s designated time.

*We appreciate prompt arrival for appointments. Please notify us at 713-489-1832 if you will be late or for late cancellation/reschedule.

Insurance and Billing:

Right Mentality is still working to secure payments through other insurance providers. All payments are accepted through Client Portal or IVY Pay.

  • Traditional Medicaid
  • Cigna HMO & EAP
  • Optum/ United Behavioral

Beware when filing claims via insurance, it limits confidentiality between you and therapist due to sharing of information for service reimbursement. Ask the therapist more about the use of insurance.

In addition, Right Mentality can provide all clients with insurance a Superbill to obtain service reimbursement from their insurance companies. It is suggested that you call your insurance provider to find out what Out-Of-Network fees they offer.

Receipts will either be given electronically or paper, if paid with cash. This is done for tax purposes.

Sliding scales are to the company’s discretion and may be granted to clients with financial restrictions. 

Client Consents and Forms

It is required that all forms be completed prior to intake session to ensure services are rendered in a timely manner. Clients will be asked to reschedule if intake forms are not signed prior to session.
